Our own little world.

The stories keep coming in, about how different people in different cities are using BorrowMe to find things they need without having to buy them.  The stories about the couch, the glue gun, the books and the carpet cleaner  – they are a pleasure to experience.  For us, they provide a quiet sense of optimistic satisfaction.  “Hey look at this”, somebody will shot out while looking at their screen.

It is really easy to forget about the real people, doing very real things with out little site.  We manipulate pixels and code all day, and become disconnected to it all.  We’ve begun bringing local users in the office for everyone to meet.  We’ll spend some time doing a user test – and seeing and hearing first hand.  It is rewarding to be at this stage.  I look forward to more stories.  I expect that there shall very many more.  If you’ve got your own story – I, and the entire team, would love to hear it.  You can reach me at greatuserstories@borrowme.com – or through my profile below.
